Anne got off the phone and pulled a chair up beside Kari's crib. Anne was proud of her first child. Anne was a singer and after Dr. Bracket and Dixie went Anne started to sing, "You Needed Me" . Kari seems to her singing. At ten o'clock Dixie took Kari's temperature again.

Johnny and Roy were so happy for Kari. Kari fell a sleep in Anne's arms. Anne put her in her crib and went for a walk while Kari sleeping. At 11:30 Kari woke up crying and Mrs. Brown said to Kari "Okay honey I'll get the nurse " .
She pushed the button that calls the nurses. A nurse came in to the room.
